Polaris P-90 ATV & UTV Clutch Tool Model Year 1985 to current
Polaris P-85 Snowmobile Clutch Tool Model Year 1972 to current
It comes with everything needed to hold the clutch besides the vise as seen. This tool both angled and straight slots, allows the versatility to use this holder on basically all of the Polaris ATV, UTV, and snowmobile Primary clutches. This covers every 250cc -1000cc Polaris side ATV and by sides up to Ranger and RZR 1000 XP.
The Tool does NOT fit the 2018 and newer Ranger 1000 with the P90-X clutch.
The holding fixture has cutouts on the bottom that allow the tool to be clamped firmly into a bench vise. There are also holes to allow mounting with bolts to secure it to a solid workbench. Screw the provided threaded shaft into the holder. Use the provided nut and washer to tighten down against the holder to hold the threaded rod firmly in place. Next, slide the clutch sheave assembly over the threaded rod. Allow the fins on the bottom of the clutch sheave to engage the slots in the holder. Lastly, use the provided knurled nut with the tapered end towards the clutch shaft and screw down on the rod until snug. You are now ready to begin disassembly of the clutch.
